About GET IN!

Helping candidates train smarter for online assessments.

What is GET IN!?

GET IN! is an online training platform designed to help students and early-career candidates practise game-based and cognitive assessments similar to those used in Spring Weeks, internships, and graduate recruitment.

Our goal is simple: provide a safe environment to practise, see how you react under pressure, and feel more confident before facing real online assessments.

Why we built GET IN!

Online assessments have become a key part of recruitment in banking, consulting, tech, and other competitive industries. Many candidates feel unprepared when they first encounter Pymetrics-style games or complex decision tasks, especially after working hard just to get an interview.

We created GET IN! after going through these processes ourselves and realising that there was no focused place to train these skills in a structured, serious way.

Our mission is to reduce the “shock factor” of online assessments and help motivated candidates build the same habits they would use to prepare for an exam or a sport competition.

How GET IN! works

On GET IN!, you can:

  • play short, focused cognitive games that train attention, memory, risk-taking, and decision speed;
  • track your scores over time and see when you are improving;
  • compare your performance on a leaderboard;
  • build routines that make real recruitment assessments feel familiar, not scary.

Our games are inspired by real assessment formats, but GET IN! is an independent training tool and is not affiliated with any employer or test publisher.

What we are — and what we aren't

GET IN! is designed to help you practise and understand yourself, not to “hack” or cheat recruitment processes.

  • We do provide a structured environment to train skills like focus, consistency, and risk appetite.
  • We do not guarantee any result in actual hiring processes.
  • We do not share or sell your personal data to employers or third-party advertisers.

Built by candidates, for candidates

GET IN! was created by students and graduates who have been through Spring Week, internship, and graduate recruitment cycles themselves.

We know how stressful it feels to receive a test link with little explanation. Our ambition is to make that stage more predictable and trainable, so you can focus on showing your true potential.

GET IN! is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with Pymetrics, Arctic Shores, or any employer or test publisher.
